Objectives

The Reclamation & Probation Department has a long history of pride and prominence as it has been throughout serving the desperate humanity for the cause of National peace and prosperity.  It has undoubtedly played a vital role in maintaining law and order situation being one of the alarming challenges to the State and Society of the day. But unfortunately the personnel who are shouldering the sacred task of reclaiming desperate have themselves made to be desperate because of injustice.

The Basic ideology behind the implementation of Probation / Parole enactments is to fold :-

 The main objective behind this mission are:-

1. To kill the crime and not the criminal through re-socialization/rehabilitation of offenders outside the walls of Jails.
2. To bring down overcrowding in jails for the cause of saving huge capital to the state being lavishly incurred on prisoners with no return.
3. To save the society at risk by adjusting the offenders back into society as law abiding citizen.
4. To promote peace in society.
